Sales terms

You may cancel your order or pre-order at any point before it has shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation of your shipment containing tracking information. Once your order has shipped the Return policy will apply.

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If you unseal your product, it is not eligible for return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer must provide the return shipping label.

Contact [email protected] directly before return shipping. After your return is accepted, you have fourteen (14) days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds include the cost of the device and taxes only, and do not include shipping costs or duties. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, we will arrange for a substitute payment option of our choice.

Products are your responsibility from completion of delivery.

When you pre-order a product from us:

• Processing of pre-orders may begin earlier than anticipated to ensure orders can be shipped to you as soon as possible.
• We will make all efforts to deliver the product to you but there are no guarantees that we will do so. In the event we have to cancel your order we will provide you with a full refund.
• We cannot promise when a product will be delivered and any date of delivery is an estimate only.
• Technical specifications of pre-order products under development are subject to change.

All Electronic Materials Office products have a 1 year limited warranty from the ship date of your order. If you have any issues with your order or product, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will help you.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on the Website.

Price and payment
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a order confirmation.

Consumers Only
We sell products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Restrictions
You may only purchase Products from the Website if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent from a parent or guardian.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation
We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
