Reservation terms

A reservation secures the reservation price of $249 USD for Altar II during the upcoming Kickstarter campaign. It is not a purchase and does not commit you to buying. You complete your purchase by backing the Altar II on Kickstarter when the campaign goes live.

A reservation holder is granted the reservation price of $249 USD per Altar II when the Kickstarter campaign launches. Only one reservation is required per person. Additional reservations from the same customer won't grant extra discounts or benefits.

The reservation fee is $1 USD, charged when you reserve. It is fully refundable at any time before the Kickstarter campaign launches. The $1 unlocks the reservation price; it is not applied toward the price of the keyboard.

When the Kickstarter campaign launches, you'll receive an email with a link to back the project at the reservation price. To claim your reserved Altar II, complete your pledge through that link.

The Altar II is in active development. Specifications, materials, and delivery timelines may change before the product ships.

Email [email protected] to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of the $1 fee at any time before the campaign launches. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You are under no obligation to back the campaign. We may also cancel any reservation made in bad faith or with intent to resell, and will refund the fee in such cases.
